Hi, I’m Nicole—founder of Children's Reading World, an educator at heart and a phonics specialist with over 15 years of experience helping children build strong reading foundations.
Children's Reading World is built on a structured, phonics based method used in my family for over 30 + years. Our first learning center was based in New York where we helped children become successful readers for decades. I was trained in our step-by-step approach built on repetition, consistency, and strong foundational skills. Our method is intentional, effective, and designed to create lasting results—not quick fixes.
Today, I’ve elevated that method by integrating modern tools and techniques, including the Interactive Metronome (IM), a brain-based training system that supports focus, timing, and attention. This allows children not only to learn how to read, but also to develop the concentration and confidence needed to succeed in all areas of learnihe core of my program is a calm, structured, and nurturing environment. Through clear routines, repetition, and personalized support, children gain true understanding—not just memorization. Every session is tailored to the individual child, creating a positive and encouraging experience where progress feels natural and achievable.
My work goes beyond traditional tutoring. I specialize in supporting children with attention challenges, processing differences, and those who simply need a stronger foundation. By combining movement, structure, and proven learning strategies, I help children stay engaged, focused, and confident.
